They needed a branded, white-label solution that could integrate with their 374+ locations, handle real-time sports data, and create a compelling reason for guests to stay longer and return more often.
Designed and built Fan Draft — a white-label fantasy sports platform purpose-built for the restaurant industry. The platform featured real-time sports data integration, predictive gaming mechanics, and a custom CMS that allowed Boston Pizza's marketing team to manage campaigns independently. Led the go-to-market strategy including in-restaurant activation, digital marketing, and franchise rollout.
Successfully deployed across Boston Pizza's 374+ locations nationally, reaching their base of 40M+ annual guests. The platform created a new engagement channel that increased dwell time during live sports events and drove repeat visits through competitive leaderboards and rewards.
